Role: GTM Engineer (Data Automation & Content Systems)

Our Goal: Scaling from €45k to €100k MRR by the end of 2026.
Why this role?
We are not a "volume-first" agency. We are an Ethical Growth Partner for Series A+ SaaS companies. We replace marketing anxiety with predictability using AI-driven search and high-signal outbound. We need an engineer who can build the machine that powers this vision.
What you will do:
1. Data & Outbound Architecture (The "Engine"):
- Build and maintain our technical stack: Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Ocean.io, and custom Python scripts.
- Architect "Signal-Based" workflows: scrape data to find SaaS companies with specific triggers (traffic drops, hiring patterns, tech stack changes).
- Ensure 100% deliverability and technical health of our outreach infrastructure.
- Implement hyper-personalization at scale using LLMs (GPT-4/Claude API) integrated into Clay/Make.
2. Content & Social Selling Systems (The "Amplifier"):
- Systematize the distribution of our Thought Leadership content.
- Build a workflow for the team’s LinkedIn Social Selling: from capturing founder's insights to automated scheduling and engagement tracking.
- Turn our "AI-First" case studies into dynamic assets for the sales team.
3. Performance & Strategy:
- Own the technical "Reply Rate" metric. If a campaign isn't performing, you dive into the data to find out why.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to turn the 2026 Annual Plan into technical reality.
Who you are:
- Technical Polymath: You are comfortable with APIs, Python/Node.js, and no-code tools (Make/n8n).
- Marketing-Minded: You don't just "send emails"; you understand positioning, hooks, and why a CMO would (or wouldn't) reply.
- High Agency: You don't wait for a detailed Jira ticket. You see the goal (€100k MRR) and suggest the best technical path to get there.
- Ethical: You believe that automation should be used to create value, not spam.
